central location stylish rooms outdoor pool
the location was central. i had very stylish rooms with superb beds. i was able to choose from two swimming pools. one was indoor and the other outdoor.
the rooftop and pool close at 7pm every day, it was very inconvenient.

good location, some drawbacks
central location wide variety early closure few equipment
the location was very central. i walked everywhere i wanted to go. the breakfast was also delicious, and i appreciated the wide variety of options available each morning.
The rooftop pool closed quite early each day at 7pm. this was not ideal if i wanted a late afternoon swim after sightseeing. also, the gym was small. It only had a few pieces of equipment, including one treadmill and one stepper.

odd layout shower leak
the room felt cramped the bathroom layout was odd i could practically brush my teeth from the bed. the shower leaked water all over the floor it was a constant mopping operation. the breakfast area felt chaotic like a food fight was about to break out. i expected better for the price

Excellent Location and Service
early check-in good view efficient air conditioning
The front desk staff stored my luggage prior to check-in. My room was ready earlier than expected. I enjoyed a good view from the beautiful plaza mayor room. The air conditioning worked well despite the outside temperature reaching 39c. The room maintained a cool 21c.
The rooftop pool closes early at 7pm. It also does not open until 11am so a morning swim is impossible. This is a real shame during the hot weather.

The staff provided helpful assistance with printing an event pass. When i asked for assistance, it was delivered quickly and with courtesy. The front desk.

central location beautiful architecture healthy options
I found the location central for exploring many sites. I appreciated the upgrade to a fourth-floor room. The balcony offered wonderful views of the square. Breakfast on the patio included a variety of healthy options.
The rooftop pool closes relatively early each day, which can be inconvenient for late afternoon relaxation.
