the location was central. i had very stylish rooms with superb beds. i was able to choose from two swimming pools. one was indoor and the other outdoor.

the location was very central. i walked everywhere i wanted to go. the breakfast was also delicious, and i appreciated the wide variety of options available each morning.
The rooftop pool closed quite early each day at 7pm. this was not ideal if i wanted a late afternoon swim after sightseeing. also, the gym was small. It only had a few pieces of equipment, including one treadmill and one stepper.

the room felt cramped the bathroom layout was odd i could practically brush my teeth from the bed. the shower leaked water all over the floor it was a constant mopping operation. the breakfast area felt chaotic like a food fight was about to break out. i expected better for the price

our room, a superior room, had balcony doors facing the plaza mayor. the soundproofing was excellent, a deep sleep was possible. breakfast included many fabulous options and quick service. the location allows walks to main attractions, we felt safe. i love that the team are very cute and accommodating.
the rooftop pool close early at 7pm. it would has been nice if it remain open later. it also doesn't open before 11am.

The front desk staff stored my luggage prior to check-in. My room was ready earlier than expected. I enjoyed a good view from the beautiful plaza mayor room. The air conditioning worked well despite the outside temperature reaching 39c. The room maintained a cool 21c.
The rooftop pool closes early at 7pm. It also does not open until 11am so a morning swim is impossible. This is a real shame during the hot weather.

I found the location central for exploring many sites. I appreciated the upgrade to a fourth-floor room. The balcony offered wonderful views of the square. Breakfast on the patio included a variety of healthy options.
